i really need help on this one,i have been trying to solve this for 3 days

Can you show your attempt at solving ?

Break this down into 2 basic steps 1) Test for largest number 2) Extract bytes (2) from a word
value 3) Write out bytes to address, hint use a pointer

You writing in C or ASM ?
