Hi,

The R on pin3 of PIC is not necessary. ( I even think it makes things worse)

The coils have no supply.

I have no idea how this should work.

At least a little description would be helpful.

Klaus

yes this circuit is work in my transformer. but not now work pic data is empty.

1. Pay a company a lot ($10,000s) to reverse engineer the chip, either by (a) decapping it and analysing with a microprobe, or (b) by functional analysis.
2. Do (a) or (b) yourself... my money would go on (b) as probably successful.
3. Contact the manufacturer and ask them.

sir
this manufacture is far.
i don't use this transfer :D :( :(

Pin no. 3 is used for measuring scaled down AC voltage converted to DC. Digital IO pin is used as ADC pin as mentioned in some microchip doc which I don't remember. Relays are used to switch the tappings of the transformer based on read voltage. What is so difficult in understanding it ?

Edit: Pin no. 3 is indeed an Analog pin. ADC is used to measure the scaled down AC (230V or 110V) and particular tapping of transformer is switched.

Input variable AC to transformer primary and vary from 180V to 270V in steps of 5V and note down what voltage you get at each tapping of transformer for the voltages and post it here. I will try to write a code.

I asked you to mention what voltages you get when input to transformer is increased from 180V to 270V in step of 5V. I need to know this. This will tell what relay has to be operated at what voltage.

Sir Milan.rajik
AC input volt 90V at DC is 1.34V all Relay are N/C.
AC input volt 110V at DC is 1.7V Relay 5 is N/O. Relay 1,2,3,4 is N/C.
AC input volt 135V at DC is 2.0V Relay 4 and 5 is N/O. Relay 1,2,3 is N/C.
AC input volt 150V at DC is 2.3V Relay 3,4 and 5 is N/O. Relay 1 and 2 is N/C.
AC input volt 175V at DC is 2.7V Relay 2,3,4 and 5 is N/O. Relay 1 is N/C.
AC input volt 195V at DC is 3.07 all Relay are N/O.

Ok. I will post a code in a day or two.

I have done the coding and it is 99% complete. One more thing I want to know is which relay is 1 and which are 2, 3, 4, 5 ?

Reply to my previous post. It is updated. In the circuit you have posted in first post mention which relays are 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 ?

You didn't get what I said. I asked to name the relays in the image you have posted in post #1. I need to know which is relay 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and to which pins of PIC they are connected.

What does the LED do ? Try attached .hex file. Vary voltage and see if the Relays turn ON/OFF at required voltages. LED is not coded. Explain when the LED has to turn ON or OFF.

Test without connecting load to Stabilizer. Mention at what voltages the relays are toggling with my .hex file.
