[SOLVED] 5V Regulated DC Supply

How can i obtain and use both +5V & -5V regulated supply from a single 12V Battery in a same circuit requiring same ground??????????????? m struck. Hlp.....

Use an MC34063A DC-DC converter circuit for each.

Since my input was from 12V battery wasnt able to use high input ICs. Also the input wasnt stable due to charging and discharging. So i used a LM7805 and TCM828. Got my desired parameters. Thanks for suggestions. https://ww1.microchip.com/downloads/en/DeviceDoc/21488a.pdf
