555 timer and its working principle

can somone plzz explain how 555 timer works basically along with the required figure..
 

Use some NE555 timer calculator. Simply there is lots of 555 calculators on Internet, just use Google. In calculators you can change RC values and look output. Also lots of calculators shows formulas.
 

"it's working principle"

To output a voltage be 5v or 12v for a period of time, either automatically (Astable) or a 1 off (Monostable) each time you press a button.
 


You could also take advantage of the hundred or so
pages' worth of product datasheet and app notes which
have been created by the various manufacturers, for
exactly this purpose.
 

the basic principle of 555 is to switch the output according to the level of voltages appearing on input of different comparators by setting and reseting the builtin rsflipflop
