550V Precision Zener

Hi,

to protect HV IGBT, I need a 550V zener (or maybe an equivalent circuit with discrete components) with high precision (+/-10% from -40 to +125°C), rated current 1mA

It will be used to replace a TVS (that fail in term of precision)

Do you have some possible solution to suggest?

Some precision regulator + HV Mosfet?

Thanks for you support.
 

You should be able to design a cascode circuit with a programmable shunt regulator e.g. LM4041.
