50Hz UPS

Please view the attached schematic (for example only), which is a simple inverter circuit. I want to modify the circuit to make it Uninterruptible by adding relay for switching over from mains to battery & battery charging cut off function. My question is that can I use built-in body diode of FET for charging the battery?

xyz9915 ! I post this cicuit for masterleous

Yes you can use the internal diodes but you have to add a current limiting resistor

to limit inrush current becauce it will destroy MOSFETs when battery draw huge

current at start.

50Hz UPS

normal inverters use a taping at 140v or 180v and supply will give to the transformer by a choke or capactor to limit current and to boost voltage (charging volt)
