One option is to conver 50Hz to DC and then implement normal circuit to invert DC to 60Hz ..

Lets say efficiency of the whole conversion is ≈80%, you may use 2 x 2.5kVA transformers, first to step voltage down to, say 24V, rectify and convert to ≈34V unregulated DC, then using a 60Hz (square wave) generator and a couple of pairs of power BJTs or power MOSFETs and the second transformer, convert it back to 60Hz AC ..

it is a huge process .and costly .two transformer of 2kva

SMPS is a better option, cheaper transformers and less capacitors.. maybe you can find already made AC-DC converter of 2.2~2.5kW and directly connect it to DC-AC@ 60Hz..
