Hi all, I need help with
modelling in Proteus.

40 points to the person who can show me how to take the SPICE description of a transistor and a schematic representing stray capacitans,inductance and resistance into a single transistor.

The schematic of the stray components is in my previous post...

Yes you can simulated stray capacitance and inductance by adding parameter in your spice definition file for more detail see attach doc from EA in which he describe a FET transistor spice model also read out this paper which is free for download use google to search for this
