Recently I am doing a project regarding 5.8 GHz Broadband LNA for WAN (3 STAGE LNA). Anyone pls kindly give some advice to me....your help will be highly appreciate...thank you very much.

for distance ----> 50Km ( so the device will very hot, anywhere to reduce it?? )

noise figure -----> <5dB

gain --------> > 30dB

bandwidth ------> +/- 20% of 5.8 GHz

IIP3------> - 10 dB
 

For broadband LNA....there are two type of matching...1) compensated maching network 2) negative feedback network.....which is the best??
