1. ATMEL;

2. SiGe ---- A Semiconductor Manufacturer;

3. MuRata - Passive componet but some PA is selling with has been used in 5.8GHz digital phone likes Uniden and Vtech in US market

Hi all!

Yes, we are create high speed point-to-point wirless modem in 5.6Ghz band... But we are not find such components for this band, for example direct to RF I/Q modulator/demodulator ...

I found some 5.6Ghz SiGe components from Maxim-IC Semiconductor, but our regional distibutor sad that this is components are quoted... and minimal purchasing quantity is 1000 .. Yehhhh, but we are must create prototyps ?!
