Hi I need help with this question
Write a ADHL for a decoder which takes a 4-bit binary number in 2's compliment form (4 -bit + 1 signed bit) and converts a number to magnitude form and then provides outputs to display the magnitude digit on a common anode 7 segment display.

It would appear that I would need 2 x 7-segments displays. The first to display the minus, lighting up g. The second to display the decimal digit.
It would also appear that I would need an adder with a cout which would act as a signed bit. It seems that I would need two decoders. One to drive i 7-seg, and the other to drive the 2nd 7-seg for the signed bit.
I need help.
Thanks
