hy everybody
i have to design an inductor of 485pH( on chip) for TIA at 29 GHz , i am using cadence with 130nm tec. file . is there any body to guide me how to start, 1st step to design, how to model & what is modeling of inductor for given value and frequency . thanks everybody

First of all, you need some 3D or 2.5 EM simulator. Just draw a rectangle with some diameter and fast perform a simulation. Based on this you can design your 485pH. But I think it would be a lot of effort to design exactly 485pH, accept some variation.
