45nm is not working with Tanner 13

Hi,
I'm currently working on Tanner v13 with 250nm technology, but when I downloaded 45nm files and tried to work with same Tanner v13 then I didn't work out (in fact I couldn't find out any library file). Is there any compatibility issue with it?? Can anyone help me with it!!
