1、When I measure the gain of up-conversion and down-conversion, What gain should I use? Power gain or voltage gain? Some persions gave me answer: Up uses power gain, down uses voltage gain. Is this right?
2、Messurement and IF Matching
Does IF port need matching in up-conversion and down-conversion? If don't need matching, can you tell me the detal?
3、LO Matching
In my circuit, the real and imag part of input different impedence of LO port is very different, i.e 9-j*110, so it is very different to design the Balun to match the LO port. Do you any suggestion?
