here i want to know only the part related to cd 4051 i.c. configurations

how this analog multiplexer is working here ?

what would be the basic schematic circuit diagram ? where piezo disk should be connected ?

i want to know only circuit part only but not the external computer hardware part

i just need upto the output characteristic of the i.c. simply . . please help thanks
