I'm searching for a 4 Mbit (512k x 8 ) SPI eeprom to connect to a PIC.
Does someone has something to suggest ?

Have a look at the serial flash range from ST - M25P40.
https://www.st.com/stonline/products/literature/ds/7737.pdf
Not seen any serial eeprom that size, if you can they will be more expensive than serial flash.

But they require VCC = 3.3v or less.

wouldent i be more easy just to get 4 x 24lc1024 eeproms and give them 4 different adresses on the I2C bus?
