300 watt computer tax smps problem.

After starting smps by shorting green and black wires it remains turn on for 5 to 10 minutes but after that it shutdown self, when running, all outputs are ok pls help someone in this problem. Thanks.

With load or without load ?

Try to open psu case and see is there some burnt area on PCB ?

With and without load nothing is burnt or broken. Thanks. Pls help further.
