inverter 220v dc to 220v ac

(updated)
HELP!
Input: 30 - 130 AC peak to peak voltage (50Hz)
Output: 220 AC(p-p Voltage)
The frequency of output have to be around 50Hz.
I have no idea to use what PWM controller for the inverter circuit
It is the inverter circuit i found on internet:
**broken link removed**
simple & easy is ok, something like DSP is too hard for me:cry:

this previous link was found very useful for me, but it seems reluctant to down the voltage to 12V DC then step up to 220V AC. Is there any circuit for DC to AC with higher DC input? over 130V DC input is great. besides, is it necessary to change to DC first? can i directly change a variable AC input to 220V AC directly?

Many thanks

variable ac with 220v input

The sin wave inverter is difficult to make.

Will you Define the use of this inverter & other details

like output Power, output voltage ect.
