Hi,

How do I do 3D convolution in Matlab? Do I directly apply convn?

I would need to convolve 2 3D information space together. The 3D(x,y,z) information space are symmetrical in x,y space and is reduced to a 2D space (r,z).

So could i just simply use conv2 and convolute both together?

I have tried to do so. However, the result seems queer... the final result seem shifted akin to the effect of using fftshift...

Thanks for your help!
