My input is 230V

I need output 12V with 1000mA current

Thanks in advance.

You wish to buy the core, a wire and to reel up both windings?
Or at you is ready and you wish to change a secondary winding under the own requirements?
If the second - reel up 100 coils and measure the voltage, after this count the required number of coils. D(m)=0.8*sqrt(I(a))=0.8mm

To be precise I want the whole design notes from the scratch. For example:
1. How to select the core?
2. What should be the primary and secondary windings?
etc.
