Hello everyone,

I am new to pspice and I need it to model a 22nm transistor. How can I do it and how to start?

Thanks in advance.

I didn't use pspice. but you should save it to a file and in hspice use .include command.
for example ".include ptm.txt" and use model's name in your netlist.
