[SOLVED] Zigbee level conversion

I am trying to interface zigbee with my atmega32. Can i directly connect the Tx and Rx pins? Or do I need a level convertor?:?:

And which module would that be? What level of power supply exists for both sides?

Even though you didn't provide voltage supply level from both sides, I am taking a guess of 3.3V from the module side and 5V from the MCU side. In that case, please follow the thread below:
