Hi all:

I need to design a OPA that operate at VDD=5V ~ 20V,
do you have any paper or suggestion to me?

I suggest you look for old National, TI, Intersil, Harris data
books from back when men were manly and companies
published their schematic detail without fear. Presuming
you are willing to use similar technologies and topologies,
and why would you not?

If you want to move to some modern power management
HV CMOS flow, or something, you might have less use
for old school art.
