Hello all!
I want to make a galvanic isolation interface using an optocoupler!
The problem is I need to enssure a 20Mhz freq of data.
I couldn't find such a high speed opto?
Does anyone have a clue?
What about an alternate solution?
digitizing and sending it via optical cable is much costly. Or you can shift the signal to somewhere 900 MHz by Am modulation and use trans for coupling . I dont know whether synchronous detection is widely used at that frequency - may be you can supply carier through another trans and use it for synchronous detection on receiving side - that should improve linearity for low level signals.
