hi
i m new to the group,i have a problem i m designing a 2 stage microwave power amplifier.output should be 1 watt for 2.4 ghz ,i m using transistor bfp450 in first stage and atf-50189-blk in the second but i m not getting its spice model on internet do any body have any idea ..and instead of atf-50189-blk sujjest me any other transistor which have a good gain at 2.4 ghz.
