Hi.
I am trying to generate a pulse of 1 ns duration after every 5s to use it for a optical time domain reflectometry.
Can you please help me to design a circuit for this. Ultimately this pulse will be used to derive of LED or laser.
I have considered the use of a micro-controller and use its system clock but I think this will not be a good solution.
