what are the connections needed to program pic18f97j60 using ICSP.
please help me, thanks.
 

You need 5 oins to perform ICSP

MLCR
VDD
GND
PGC
PGD

connect them accordingly.

Hi,

In the case of the 18F97J60:

MLCR PIN 9
VDD
GND
PGC RB6 PIN 42
PGD RB7 PIN 37

It also nice the have the datasheet for that PIC family handy, see attachment.
