18f bootloader

I'm looking for an 18f452 and 18f252 bootloader but I'd like to make
it run in an rs485 network.
There must be one in the web but I don't find it.
Did anyone make it already? I think there must be a way to translate the
handshake signals to the half duplex communication pins DE and RE of
any typical driver.
Thanks a lot.

bootloader rs485

Link with bootloader: https://www.microchipc.com/PIC18bootload/. For the RS485 might you use an RS232/RS485 converter with the 485 DE pin driven by a timing circuit that put in the receiver mode after a bit timing slot.
