16x2 LCD not working

Hi,

i am fresher..i am using lpc2148 blue board...i used same code as given by vendor.. in which i am unable to see the output in the lcd ... i adjusted the contrast but no display... attached the code.. please, help me

Dabble check LCDRW pin should be Ground and Contrast pin should be Ground
