144W offline flyback needs low standby power...so primary clamp investigation..

Hi,

We wish to do a 144W offline Flyback , VAC input = 90-265VAC.
Its for a private customer and is just a one off.

We will do a non-PFC’d Flyback, at his request. We wish to have low standby power, so need either an RCDZ primary clamp, or an RCD_FET primary clamp, as attached. (PDF schems and LTspice sims)

Which do you think is best? The FET based one dissipates most of the leakage energy into cheap power resistors. The RCDZ one dissipated the energy into four 1.5KExxxx TVS’s.
The drain voltage should not go above 650V, ever.
