yea, 50ohm...i check it, the model is Good Will Instrument, GFG-813...then what should I do on the simulation now?

sorry but i don't get it again, adjust the bias voltage for what?? obtain a square wave from 0V to 12V??

Dear keathow
Hi
DO you know the principles of a class E stage amplifier ? the value of VCC has direct effect on efficiency . the amplitude of out put wave at class E can be higher than vcc ( about 9/8 vcc) ( i'm talking about single ended class E amplifier )
So if you don't know it's principles , i can describe the ways of design .

BTW: i forgot to say , that sine waves as input signal , should has the voltages about 15 volt to be ensure that after threshold voltage , the mosfet isn't at linear region.
