The datasheet of a 555 shows that its output high voltage is 1.3V less than the supply voltage. It is high enough to drive a Mosfet that needs 10V.

Your Mosfet is tiny and has a high on-resistance. It might melt.

A pure sine-wave inverter uses a complicated circuit.
