i have 12 v gear motor with almost 120 rpm
to get some more rpm can i supply 18 v ????
does it damages the motor or motor can bear it???
Plz HELp '

Probably not a good idea, but it may work with reduced lifetime expectation. In any case don't exceed the rated current.
