Hello ..
i have 12 v battery and i want to supply 13:20 v to a load

i want any simple method to do it
 

You need a boost(switching) regulator. Or a DC-DC converter. You don't give us any specifications. Like current.
 

i need high output current maybe 5 amp
my battery
12v - 5ampH

If you use an amp you may need another power for it. You may consider going for a 20 or higher supply.
