I need to either buy or design an RF power detector (using descrete components), sth like MAX2015 **broken link removed**, but my operation frequency is from 1 to 6 GHz. Can anyone give me some suggestion? Which company has this product? If I construct this power detector, can I use the following topology? How should I divide the channel frequencies? Where can I get the LNA, Mixer, switch and Freq Synthesizer for each channel? :?::?::?:**broken link removed**
