sorry ... some explanations...
short high to low pulse from microcontroller means stare conversion...
and the width of out signal (PWM) is proportional with VBatt...

1. Replace R2 with a LM385-2.5 reference circuit
2. if U replace R1 and R3 with a voltage/current convertor U optain a better liniarity...
