I want to implement a current source to my circuit and I should do this by BJT.
It should be Beta stable, Ic should not change with heat.

Is this supposed to be a variable current supply? Then what should the input be?

it should be a constant source and i have only +12Vdc supply.

I would prefer a fully temperature compensated current source, e.g. a resistor degenerated current mirror.

thanks for your reply, i'll try that circuit now. current mirror is not preffered in our project, i first set up a mirror already.
