Could someone explain what a 0.35um digital process is in IC design?

Dear stef_eng,
0.35µ is the smallest lenth (L) of gate that a MOS can select in that technology.
regards.

Hi vahid,
Thank you for your reply. Would you happen to know what the 'digital process' implies?

I'm new to IC design process and the specifications require implementation of Austria Microsystems 0.35um digital process. Is there a certain 'digital process' I need to know 4 designing an IC?

regards,
stef
