0.13um nmos transistor S Parameter Values

Please can someone help to explain why I did not get any S parameter value when I ran S parameter simulation on a 0.13um nmos transistor at Vgs=1v and VDS 1.2v with the input and output terminated with 50 ohms without any lumped component .
I wanted to get the device s parameters when connected alone. The simulation was completed without any value.Thanks
