at89s8252 with external ram

I'm looking for a schematic of an Atmel AT89S8282 (or alike). I want to learn more about microcontrollers. Preferrably the following would be nice:
- In system programmable
- DA/AD Converter
- external RAM
- external EEPROM
- LCD
- leds on some ports
- RTC
- 232 interface
- I2C interface
I know that you can buy such boards but I would like to do the layout myself so I learn there also something.

Sockets are provided and connected for a LTC1298 A/D Convertor, DS1307 Real Time Clock, 24XX Series EEPROM, MAX232 RS232 Communication IC and 75176 IC's for RS422/RS485 Communication. Connectors are provided for program download, LCD units and external connections to all I/O pins

But for amazing value of only USD$29,90 I wouldn't bother to build one, even if the chalenge is great.
