how to caculate the delay and dissipation of dynamic latched comparator in theory?

because the current only exists in the beginning of the regeneration ,and variate with

time ,so i'm confused about the caculation of the delay and dissipation of dynamic

latched comparator in theory.

pls help me.

pls help me.i'm really confused ,delay=r*c

if c=5ff ,then how to caculate r ?

in the regeneration, r in the output node variate with

time ,so how to caculate it ?

any help will be appreciated!

pls help me,it's really ergent, can anyone give me some advice, pls? any help will be appreciated!

Look up this paper and you'll find out a quite good way to estimate this,

A. Nikoozadeh and B. Murmann, "An Analysis of Latch Comparator Offset due to Load Capacitor Mismatch," IEEE Trans. on Circuits and Systems II., Vol. 53, No.12, pp.1398-1402, Dec. 2006

BTW, ergent is not the same as *urgent*... If you want quick help, don't pronounce it as "elp!elp!elp!"

ope this elps!

i know that, thanks n1cm0c.can anyone give me more advice ?
