std cell library

Oops this is out of my knwledge though i am working on synthesis...never imagined my self to develop library....
THEY R VENDOR specific.. u cant do anything....though if u can create lib .. its simple as any other header file.... u r mapping ur cells with particular cells in tech lib....
ultimately u hav to fabricate ur design which is nt possible with ur lib...!! ..

Re: std cell library

Hi desh,
Study the documentation of any library characterization tool like nangate.
