Telephone line

Hello
does someone knows what is the exact voltage and current in the simple téléphone line ?

Telephone line

Internal resistance of telephone line depens on the distance from the phone central. Voltage varies from 48 to 60V for open circuit. When you pick up the phone, there is usualy about 6V per say 10mA.
