how does a current morror work

I think MC4 and MC6 are current mirror.
right?

MC1 and MC2 are a pair of diff amp.

How does this mirror work?

Hi
I think mc4 sets the vds of mc5 (so current of mc5 is more stable).
mc6 is used to prevent high impedance node in darin of mc7 and mc4.

This is called Wilson current source. The presence of MC4 is to boost output resistance of cascoded current source formed by MC5 and MC6 by gm4*(rc4//rc7).

The current goes through MC5 may not equal to Ibias, but is set by Vbias.
