why mobility of elctrons is greater than mobility of holes?
 

In simple terms, 'holes' here mean lack of electrons to fill fully up the bonds and considering a particular place within such a semiconductor, the same situation exists everywhere in the neighbourhood of this place, so it takes time for an electron to break out from a tied position and fill up the next place also lacking an electron; (so it turns out the hole conduction also involves the moving of electrons just like in the case of the electron conduction but you surely know already this).

because mobility of holes results from motion of electrons in the valence band (which has few vacant states and crowded with electrons) while mobility of electrons results from motion of electrons in the conduction band ( which has a lot of vacant states and less crowded)

thus it's clear that it's easier for electron to move in CB relative to VB and hence higher mobility for electrons than holes
 

when electrons get excited, it moves to the conduction band where it conducts the charge while hole is due to the vaccant space left by the electron and the expressions shows conductivity of hole in valance band is less than in conductivity of an electron in conduction band.
