How to load a microcontroller with a hex file in Proteus?

i cann't load microcontroller with a hex file program, could you help me by give me the steps to do that?

right click the microcontroller. its color will be red. then left click the microcontroller, then, the Edit component window will open.
you will find field called "Program File" browse this field for your .hex file then click "ok"
