Hi need information on Msp430 memory interface other then i2c and SPI

If you can sacrifice several I/O pins you can connect an external memory "in parallel" ..
For example, 1Mb (8-bit) RAM will cost you ≈30 pins ..

IanP

hi

You can also use shift register serial to parallel for saving some I/O

see 74HC165 74HC164

All the best
