thanks

sti effects

STI is shallow trench isolation, which is digging a hole in the silicon between MOSTs and filling it with Nitride as isolation between MOSTs , it has some effects on MOSTs as i THINK it compress the size of the MOST , i.e. it affects the length of the diffusion area.

effects of sti

hi,
These STI effects are considered during Schematic simulation or Post Layout Simulation.

thanks
