i am a final year be electrical engineering student and have to select the project within this week. I have got some interest in communication theory. Suggest me some projects
 

u've got to tell which part do u like better...the design or the circuit assembly.
 

do some work on the guidence system and jamming devices simulation in globacomm simulator
 

I suggest you go for video sender. A circuit that recieves signals from a video and transmits to near by areas, usually some metres around.

hi,
you can work on TURBO CODES , disigned for transferring signal through high power lines. this is latest hot topic in communication. i am working on it ad about to complete.

Added after 3 minutes:

you may work on the fifth generation mobiles. this is latest technology.
 

You can try some simulations on fading channels or on CDMA system too.
