How to simulate phase noise of vco in hspice ?

Dear all :

I want to simulate phase noise of vco in hspice, can anyone give
some suggestions to use hspice commands ?

You can use fft to get signal power spectrum, then you can get the phase noise
 

use .hvosc and .phasenoise command
for more information, plz refer to hspice rf manual

HSPICE & HSPICE rf is not same. HSPICE RF need for additional license.
